Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
3. Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and files.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents.
4. HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities.
5. Employee Relations:
- Support HR in handling employee inquiries and issues.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
7. Policy and Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.
- Help in maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
