Job Description

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate selection processes.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment and selection.

Offer Management:

  • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Male Candidates preferred
