Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate selection processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment and selection.
Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Male Candidates preferred
