Role Description

The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process. Additionally, the HR Intern will assist with HR management, policy implementation, and personnel management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/ MBA pursuing can also apply

Working days - 5 days working, Flexible working hours

Internship duration - 3 to 6 months (opportunity to get full time role)
