Job responsibilities:
Independently responsible for overall HR activities including Recruitment, ER & HR Ops
Taking care of On-boarding activities
Calculation of PF, ESI
Monthly salary processing
Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letters
Leave calculations of employees
Handling employee grievances
MIS maintenance
Required Skills:
Masters in HR [MBA/PGDBA]
0-1 years of experience in Human Resource management
Good analytical and process management skills
Should be ethical and empathetic
Great team player and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization environment
Strong written and oral communication essential
Strong at planning and multi-tasking
