Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team at EMentor Enterprises Private Limited. As an HR Trainee, you will be involved in various HR activities and gain practical experience in the field of human resources.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Help in coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support in managing employee benefits and engagement programs
  • Help in organizing training and development programs for employees
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives
  • Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and performance management processes
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices
