Job Description

  • Manages data entry for HR systems including, but not limited to, HRIS system, applicant tracking system(s), and performance management systems, always maintaining a high degree of data accuracy.
  • Performs monthly and quarterly audits for data; makes appropriate corrections and raises issues to leaders.
  • Provides technical support to HR and other departments, helping to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
  • In partnership with HR Technology leader, builds reports and develops and maintains dashboards.
  • Assists in the implementation and configuration of people technology stack including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, performance management systems, and employee survey systems among others.
  • Trains HR peers and other departments on HR technology systems and processes
  • Stays current with HR technology trends and best practices and makes recommendations for improvements based on insight.
  • Places a high degree of importance on confidentiality of data; has working knowledge of data privacy requirements; escalates issues of data protection where needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in HR technology systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Results and customer service oriented; assumes ownership for assigned deliverables
  • Organized self-starter with strong initiative, demonstrates a sense of urgency and proactively escalates issues in a timely manner.
