Your Team Responsibilities
The Full Stack Developer in HR Technology will focus on developing and supporting existing applications using ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server Databases, handling both frontend interfaces and backend functionalities. Key responsibilities include building APIs, secure data management, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should have strong technical skills in web development with a particular emphasis on backend database development, including building and optimizing database objects, and a commitment to applying best practices across all aspects of software engineering.
As a Full Stack Developer on the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting the existing applications which includes debugging and applying fixes, and also be part of the development cycle of web applications, from concept to delivery. This role involves debugging SQL scripts, stored procedures, and queries to ensure data integrity and application stability. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently and document changes for future reference.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Experience 7+ years
- Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures within the HR SQL Server.
- Analyze issues within the SQL codebase, pinpoint root causes, and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime and resolve errors.
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core, ensuring a high standard of performance and reliability.
- Create dynamic user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular is a plus.
- Build and manage robust RESTful APIs and implement MVC architecture effectively.
- Utilize C# and .NET 6/7 for backend development, ensuring best practices in code quality.
- Integrate third-party APIs with external services like OpenAI APIs.
- Ensure secure API communications utilizing OAuth and JWT, while implementing role-based access control (RBAC).
- Handle data efficiently with JSON and XML formats in application workflows.
- Apply best practices for securing web applications against vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.
- Implement responsive design techniques using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and deploy applications on IIS.
- Use GitHub for version control, handling branching, merging, and pull requests effectively.
- Debug existing code to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth application functionality.
- Participate in the ETL process using SSIS when required, enhancing data integration capabilities.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server including T-SQL for complex data queries.
- Strong ability to debug and resolve code issues quickly in existing codebases.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for web application development.
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; familiarity with Angular is advantageous.
- Expertise in backend programming using C# and understanding of .NET 6/7.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and MVC architecture.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming techniques using async/await patterns.
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs and implementing security protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Solid understanding of HTTP methods and RESTful principles.
- Experience in implementing role-based access control (RBAC) in applications.
- Knowledge of securing web applications against common vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with responsive design practices and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Experience in deploying applications on Internet Information Services (IIS).
- Competence in using GitHub for collaborative development and source control.
- Exposure to ETL processes using SSIS is a plus.
