Job Description

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent, with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-management levels, ensuring timely fulfillment of organization's hiring needs.
Implement best practices in recruitment and selection, utilizing market intelligence for sourcing qualified candidates.
Develop sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and proactive candidate outreach, to build talent pipelines for current and future positions.
Utilize data analytics to validate hiring success and drive recruitment strategy.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and streamline the recruitment process.
Generate and analyze recruitment reports to assist in decision-making at the stakeholder level.
Ensure compliance with procurement norms and statutes, particularly related to talent acquisition.
Handle ad hoc projects related to recruitment improvements, university hiring, and HR analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive recruitment efforts and support procurement functions.
Create and maintain candidate databases, providing regular updates on recruitment status.
Demonstrate strong sourcing skills across various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Experience in selling recruiting services and managing recruitment budgets will be advantageous.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve employer branding and attract diverse talent pools.
