The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the business with the configuration, analysis, reporting, data entry and data integrity for all HR related systems across all the locations. We are seeking Workday professionals with experience of working in Time and attendance.
Key Responsibility Area
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in configuration and supporting Workday - Time Tracking and Absence Management is required.
- Least 3 years of progressive HR experience in a Global environment.
- Take Ownership and be an SME for the Time and Absence Module in Workday.
- Ability to configure any new configurations of Time and Absence management, specially creating new time off plans and leave work schedules according to the business needs.
- Provide day-to-day support for various Time Tracking and Absence related tickets and issues raised via Jira ticketing system or HRIS inbox, including troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolutions to HR teams or management as per Workday best practices.
- Be Proactive and look into current configurations and suggest any improvements that could suit the business.
- Take ownership of Workday Bi-annual releases for the Time and Absence module and create UATs and test case scenarios for automatic updates and for Setup required updates - test these in the lower tenant, provide feedback to the team.
- Exposure to the WD Security & Reporting module would be an added advantage.
- Workday Pro Certification in related modules would be an added advantage.
Nice to have:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday solutions, including core HR benefits, compensation, talent management, payroll, and time tracking modules.
- 3+ years of experience of working on Time and Attendanc.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
