Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the Indian job market context and will be responsible for managing all HR activities within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to promote employee engagement and retention
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus payments, and employee benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Indian job market context
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
- Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes
- Experience in managing employee relations issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
