Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential vendors, establishing initial contact and assessing their capabilities.
Resume Editing: Format and edit resumes to meet Spritle Software's/Client's requirements and standards.
NDA and Vendor On-boarding: Share Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Vendor On-boarding forms with selected vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Data Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate and vendor information.
Screening Calls: Screen and evaluate calls with augmented resources to ensure they meet client requirements.
Client Resume Sharing: Share edited and formatted resumes with clients for review and approval.
Client Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with clients to gather feedback and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
Requirements:
