Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding for Hyderabad & Gurgaon locations.
- Support key members of the Gurgaon Center's Leadership team and Sr. HRPP for driving employee engagement activities actively with Culture Crew team.
- Be a facilitator for performance management and reward strategies that encourage outstanding performance, innovation and a passion for our work.
- Interface with employees and managers to resolve HR issues on the ground under the guidance and support of Sr. HRPP.
- Support EHRBP in the administration of Global HR programs / initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor law/statutory requirements; where appropriate, partner with local labor organizations to manage contract negotiations, labor relations, grievances, etc
