The HR Specialist will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Employee Records and HRIS
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Participate in organizing company events and career days.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Compensation and Benefits
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Assist with performance review and appraisal processes.
