Requirements:

· A strong understanding of BIM and Digital Project Management technologies and workflows.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with candidates.

· Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent through a variety of channels, including online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.

· A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
