We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership,organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices. Mostimportantly, the candidate must have excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, as they will be required to effectively communicate withcandidates and corporate delegates.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective employee relations and engagement.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, candidates, and corporate clients, maintaining professionalism and clarity in both verbal and written communications.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Specialist or similar role for minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and corporate delegates.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
