Job Title: Sourcing Specialist HRO

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates from job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant job sites. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a strong ability to meet recruitment deadlines. The Sourcing Specialist will have targets for both candidate submissions and successful joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various job platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri) based on job requirements.
- Screen and shortlist profiles that match the job specifications and coordinate with the recruitment team for further processing.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for candidate submissions and joiners.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Daily calling and speaking with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Ensure excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (15 years of formal education mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri) and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet submission/joining targets.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
