Job Description: Inside Sales Manager - HR Tech
Prior selling experience of HR Technology/HR Solutions/HR Product to Corporate HR Departments is a MUST!!!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our HR solutions and products to corporate HR departments. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base within the corporate HR sector.
Identify and prioritize target accounts, leveraging market research and data analysis to inform strategy.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate HR departments.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients HR challenges and position our solutions effectively.
Solution Selling:
Present and demonstrate the value of our HR solutions/products to prospective clients through detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Customize sales pitches and proposals to address specific client needs and highlight the benefits and ROI of our offerings.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, update client information, and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Work closely with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Note: This is a sales+ accounts management profile, within individual handling capacity. This is not a team handling profile.

Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)
Location: Koramangala Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
