Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a HR/Sales intern at Dynastymart Retail. The intern will be responsible for assisting with human resources tasks, HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also have the opportunity to gain experience in sales and contribute to the growth of the company's retail business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human resources processes and practices
• Understanding of HR management and policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits
• Ability to assist with personnel management tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Enrollment in a related degree program or completion of relevant coursework is preferred
• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records and HR documents.
• Help organize training & development initiatives.
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
• Prepare promotional presentations and materials.
• Help distribute marketing materials.
