We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to source candidates for various positions
• Screen resumes and candidates to determine suitability for available positions
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment within the job market context of India
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
