We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions in the organization
- Source and attract candidates by using various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Partner with HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment in the Indian job market context
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles and levels
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working with diverse teams and candidates
