We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiting Manager to join our team as a part-time employee. In addition to the present occupation he/ she can continue this flexible, part time, hybrid module work. The ideal candidate will have total 15-25 years of experience in the Indian job market context, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent for a variety of positions. The HR Recruiting Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian job market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the organization
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the job offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Indian job market

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 20-25 years of experience in HR recruiting, with a proven track record of success
  • Deep understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
