The Role
As a Recruiter with our organisation, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals specialized in safety, scaffolding, and rigging. Your expertise will not only contribute to the growth of our company but also ensure that safety standards are upheld across all projects, both in India and internationally. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for talent capable of meeting the unique demands of the safety management industry.
Talent Acquisition And Management
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate compatibility with job requirements and company culture.
- Develop and maintain a professional network to source qualified candidates.
- Arrange meetings and interviews efficiently, respecting the time of all parties involved.
- Negotiate employment agreements, ensuring clarity and fairness for both candidates and the company.
Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Use effective communication techniques to engage potential candidates and foster a positive candidate experience.
Operational Excellence
- Manage recruitment-related administration, and documentation processes.
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes in recruitment practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
High-Volume Call Handling
- Capability to manage and execute at least 60 to 80 conversational calls daily, ensuring productive engagement with potential candidates and stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Engineering non IT industries.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting employment agreements.
- A well-developed professional network within the industry.
