Job Title: HR Recruiter - Hospitality Sector
Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter specializing in the hospitality sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that we have a talented and skilled workforce to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards. You will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR colleagues to meet the staffing needs of our hospitality establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements for various roles in the hospitality sector.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships with hospitality schools, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview and Selection:Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates skills, experience, and personality fit for hospitality roles.
Check references and conduct background checks as required.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations for final selection.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about their status and provide feedback when necessary.
Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.
Recruitment Strategy:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality sector.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the hospitality industry.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Prepare and administer employment offers and contracts.
Onboarding Assistance:Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
Assist in orientation and training programs for hospitality staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the hospitality sector.- Knowledge of hospitality industry job roles, skills, and requirements.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent interviewing and assessment abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
