Job Title: HR Recruiter. Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore. Department: Human Resources. Reports To: HR Manager.
Job Type: Full Time. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles. Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify and engage potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and evaluation criteria. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Provide feedback to candidates and address any concerns. Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company website, and social media channels. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Prepare reports and provide insights to improve recruitment processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities. Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by promoting a positive image of the company to potential candidates and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
Qualifications. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e g, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attributes: High level of professionalism and discretion. Adaptability and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to recruitment challenges. Compensation: 25k to 28k per month. Shift: 10.30 AM To 07.
