Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at WHITELION in Surat. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, conducting interviews, facilitating the hiring process, and maintaining candidate records.

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
