HR Recruiter

WeDigTech, a leading IT solutions provider, is currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job portals, social media, networking, etc.

Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding

Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external partners

Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to support company growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO Hiring, IT, and non-IT Recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
