We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for various positions within the organization. The candidate should be familiar with the job market context of India and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and skills
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate the candidate's suitability for the role
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the Indian job market context
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
