Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our company. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment methods.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Preferably Male candidates required.
  • Should have good experience in social media for employer branding

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage the job posting process on various recruitment platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update candidate statuses.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
