We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our company. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in using job portals and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Preferably Male candidates required.
- Should have good experience in social media for employer branding
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the job posting process on various recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
- Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update candidate statuses.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
