Location: New Delhi (Work From Office)

Salary: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA

What Youll Do:

As an HR Recruiter, youll be at the heart of our talent acquisition team, driving the

recruitment process from start to finish. Youll have the chance to:

Design and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.

Source candidates using social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Stack

Overflow), and more.

Build relationships with candidates and craft personalized recruiting messages that

speak to them.

Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) and evaluate candidates.

Lead recruitment events and collaborate with hiring managers to shape the future of

our teams.

Use analytics to track recruitment performance and constantly improve our

processes.

What Were Looking For:

Youre passionate about people and love connecting talent with opportunity.

Youre savvy with online tools and sourcing strategies to find the best candidates out

there.

Youve got great communication skills, both written and verbal, and youre not afraid

to speak up.

You can think on your feet, use good judgment, and handle multiple projects with

ease.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting is a plus.

A degree in Human Resources or a related field is a bonus, but candidates with

relevant recruitment experience will be given preference.
