Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing:

- Utilize job boards, social media and employee referrals

- Develop strategic recruitment plans

1. Candidate Management:

- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews

- Assess candidate skills, experience and fit

1. Hiring Process:

- Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies

1. Candidate Experience:

Requirements:
