Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
- Market and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of various interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
