Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment.
  • Familiarity with various job portals, social media platforms, and online recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage the recruitment process for multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand the hiring needs of different departments within the company.
  • Source, attract, and screen potential candidates using various recruitment methods.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create impactful job descriptions and attract high-quality talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize online and offline resources to reach out to potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
