Designation: HR Recruiter
- Job Location: Mumbai | Chandivali
- Direct Reporting To: HR Manager
- Direct Reportees: HR-Manager
- Job Purpose: To maximum Joining on monthly basis minimum 20 numbers of joining is required to achieve KRA. Handle Team Members to make sure each team member achieving their Monthly Targets.
Talent Sourcing:- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Applicant Tracking and Documentation:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and offer negotiations.
- Recruitment Marketing and Branding:
