- Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter - Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for identifying and attracting top talent. This role is focused on proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, sourcing profiles from various job boards, setting up initial interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates on their application status.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is collected and completed.- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, benefits, and culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.
Assist in the enrollment of new employees in Provident Fund (PF) and other benefit programs.- Explain company leave policies, holidays, and other HR-related information to new hires.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- An MBA in HR is recommended
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role, with a focus on sourcing and candidate management.
- Familiarity with various job boards and social media recruiting strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech & non-tech) across different industries.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
Experience in onboarding and HR administrative tasks.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
