We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Facilitate the hiring process by extending offers and negotiating salaries
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring activity
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in HR recruitment in the Indian job market context
• Knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with hiring laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
