- Experience:- 1 to 3 years
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct in-person, phone, or virtual interviews as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:-
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage the offer negotiation process.
- Recruitment Administration:-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare and extend job offers and handle onboarding paperwork.
Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitive hiring strategies.
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.
