salary: up to 20k + incentives

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Immediate Joiner

15 days of Probation period (at least 5 closure to sustain in the organization)

Work from home (Remote)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR tasks and activities, such as HR policy implementation and management, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and maintaining HR records. The intern will also support HR team members in recruitment and onboarding processes and contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures. Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices

Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management

Experience With HR Policies And Employee Benefits

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
