HR Recruiter

This is a full-time remote role for a HR Recruiter. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, evaluate applicants qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience as a HR Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus
