Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization
