We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Sales role with the job market context of India and be able to attract and source top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers and other team members.

Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reporting.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in sales role with the job market context of India.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in recruitment services like negotiations, Interviewing, candidate screening, communication.

Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely and efficient manner.
