We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Sales role with the job market context of India and be able to attract and source top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in sales role with the job market context of India.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in recruitment services like negotiations, Interviewing, candidate screening, communication.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely and efficient manner.
