Key Responsibilities:

- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms to attract diverse candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define requirements, and refine selection criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and report on hiring trends.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:
