As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Job Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies,
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Provide HR support and guidance to manager
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HRw processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
