- Collaborate with head-hunters to hire and retain the top best talent.
- Screen resumes and job application forms.
- First connect with candidates via calls and schedule on-line interviews.
- Assist Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
- Help to structure the job description.
Skills required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience using spreadsheets.
- Knowledge in HR policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Supporting and improving all HR functions.
- Working Knowledge of ERP & HRMS Software
