he HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. The role involves understanding the staffing needs of various departments, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to fulfill the company's recruitment goals.
Talent Acquisition:- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Interviewing & Assessment:- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments if required.
Recruitment Strategy:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a tailored recruitment strategy.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.- Use data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
Candidate Experience:- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide prompt communication and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.
- Coordinate with HR to complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's employer brand through various channels.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to attract talent.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.- Prepare and present recruitment reports to HR management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role.Skills:- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting within [specific industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing].
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
