Description
We are seeking a HR Recruiter to join our team on night shift. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to determine suitability for the position
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and interviewing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and staffing
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in HR recruiting or related field
- Knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work on night shift
