Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter
  • Location: 202, First Floor, Behind Maharaja Agrasen Bhawan, Sector - 5, Major Mohit Sharma Rajendra Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
  • Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract]
  • Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure we attract the best talent to join our company.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
Screening Resumes: Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, with shortlisted candidates. Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Provide guidance on interview best practices and selection criteria.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and providing timely feedback.
Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and maintain accurate records in the ATS. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Building Employer Brand: Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting.
Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
