Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our organization, as well as managing the recruiting process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate's qualifications
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting background checks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR recruiting management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment in India
