Job Description: Human Resources (HR)
  • Position: Human Resources (HR) RECRUITER

Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a positive and productive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Work with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience with HR analytics and metrics.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.

Pay: 20,
  • 79 - 21,443.94 per month
