Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. -
BPO Hiring:
Focus on recruiting for various roles within the BPO sector, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. -
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. -
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent. -
Consultancy Experience (If Applicable):
If coming from a consultancy background, should have a proven track record of sourcing candidates for BPO clients. -
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum experience in HR recruitment within a BPO environment is mandatory. Candidates with consultancy experience should have BPO sourcing expertise. -
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. -
Skills:
- Strong understanding of BPO recruitment processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
